About Us

Our Story

The Performing Arts Conservatory, Inc. was organized in order to reach youth in our community. This enrichment program targets youth in grades 6-12. The program provides an opportunity for students to grow in the performing arts (dance, drama, music). Staff and volunteers nurture the participants’ endeavors, providing instruction that addresses the whole child (mind, body, and emotions) and now, that mission expands into a school.

In an educational world schools are deleting performing arts requirements, The Performing Arts Conservatory seeks to emerge as a leader in providing these opportunities. Research shows that the study in the performing arts strengthens study in other subjects (math and English/language arts, for example). Our leaders believe that this fact will aid in the success of the students who participate.
