Donations for school scholarships
Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO)
The Performing Arts Conservatory partners with the Institute for Quality Education (IQE) as our Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO). An SGO is a state-designated 501(c)(3) that provides financial needs-based scholarships to students enrolled in non-public schools. By giving a gift through IQE and designating it to The Performing Arts Conservatory, you will be providing need-based scholarships to eligible incoming and current students. As a donor, not only are you providing needed scholarships, but you will also qualify for a 50% INDIANA STATE TAX CREDIT. SGO gifts can be made by check (payable to the Institute for Quality Education), ACH, stock or credit card.

More Information:
There is no limit or minimum on the size of the contribution. However, the tax credit amount cannot exceed the state tax liability for the current year. (On July 1, 2025, Indiana allocated $18.5 million in tax credits for SGOs to offer individuals or businesses as an incentive to help raise funds for scholarships. Student recipients must meet certain family income levels to qualify for an SGO scholarship. Donors can carry over unused tax credits for up to nine (9) years.
