Parent Resources

Parent Resources

At The Performing Arts Conservatory, we use Gradelink as our comprehensive student information system (SIS) designed for K-12 schools that provides tools for student and parent communication, grade management, attendance tracking, scheduling, tuition billing, and overall school administration.
It offers a web-based platform and a mobile app for parents and students to
•    access grades,
•    assignments,
•    schedules,
•    and school updates,
while teachers and administrators can manage school operations, student records, and communicate with families.

The Performing Arts Conservatory Family Portal

Our Commitment to Family Engagement
At The Performing Arts Conservatory, we believe that education is a collaborative partnership between school and home. To foster this relationship, we have created a dedicated space for our families—a central hub where parents can stay connected, access valuable resources, and participate in the vibrant community that makes TPAC unique.

Tools for Academic Monitoring and Communication
Through Gradelink, our parents are empowered to monitor their child’s academic progress, attendance, and conduct in real-time. The platform offers a dedicated web portal and a convenient mobile app, both designed to provide seamless access to important information.

Features for Enhanced Accountability
•    Automatic email alerts are sent to parents in the event of poor grades or absences.
•    Parents can check upcoming assignments and view report cards through the portal.
•    The platform allows direct communication with teachers, enabling early intervention and supporting improved student accountability.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

The Performing Arts Conservatory recognizes the importance of each family’s financial contribution to their child’s education. We are committed to ensuring that this investment remains appropriate and manageable, taking into account family size and income. Our financial model establishes scholarship eligibility criteria for all students.
